Welcome to Growth Strategine. By purchasing, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:



1. Services

Growth Strategine offers:


    • Web Development & Design


    • Digital Marketing & SEO


    • Point of Sale (POS) Solutions


    • IT Support & Consulting


    • ERP & Management Systems




2. Ownership


    • Upon full payment, the product, website, or system becomes your property.


    • You are free to use, modify, or manage it as you wish.


    • Growth Strategine retains the right to showcase the project as part of our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed).




3. Payments & Subscriptions


    • Web Development & Custom Systems: A minimum of 60% upfront payment is required before development begins. The balance must be cleared upon completion and delivery.


    • Subscriptions & Hosting Services: All subscriptions must be paid before the due date to avoid suspension or termination of services.


    • Non-Refundable Fees: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.




4. Intellectual Property


    • All designs, code, and materials remain Growth Strategine’s property until full payment is made.


    • After full settlement, ownership transfers to the client.




5. Confidentiality

Both Growth Strategine and the client agree to protect sensitive business information and project details from unauthorized disclosure.



6. Limitation of Liability


    • We strive for reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.


    • Growth Strategine is not liable for indirect losses, such as business interruption, data loss, or third-party service failures.




7. Termination


    • Subscriptions or services may be suspended or terminated if payments are overdue.


    • Any violation of these terms may also result in termination of services.




8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Kenya (or your applicable jurisdiction).
